Honestly dont stress much about it , go some lower keys , u will most likely end up with most kicks in dung but kicks are team work not solo job. Routes are pretty much just press W untill higher keys. As for the shield, is there any chance u have some old reps reward availiable for hero craft reagent (forget its name) if no , just wait till reset i think solo mode dimensius is coming , finish the quest and craft using that to save crests , then once u start doing higher m+s recraft it for mythic
