Ionizing Strike is flagged as a 40yd ability, the Lightning Strikes talent has a self range tag so not sure. Ravager has a 40 yard range, whirling blades as a talent is set to self but obviously can proc in range, I'm assuming out to 40yds but i've never seen it throw past 30. So potentially Thane tier, Ravager/Whirling Blade, and Heroic Throw could be proccing the trinket. I'd imagine spear would count there as well.

Nah.. you need it up all the time, literally keep enough rage to keep it up and use it, the real skill is when you know you’re gonna take a physical hit or not and using let’s say execute instead of shield block
I can share you a really good weak aura which tells you shield is missing but also changes the icon to shield rush or whatever is the other ability to stun / put shield block up too

Revenge is lowest priority as MT. Basically only use it when you dont have another button and need a SS reset
