the cloak is also a partial shield
after armor/block/parry and full DRs they take whatever percent of damage which chunks at the shield
meaning if youre left with 1 million damage inc after armor/block/parry/DR, it'll be reduced by 20% up to the full value of the absorb (in the case of the cloak)
and ofc under 40% hp it'll be more than that

Lets say though that I recieve 100 damage. The IP should, if i remember it's numbers right, take 50%(unless it has changed since I last looked at it, and it could have being a couple years ago or so.) the cloak should take another 20% (assuming the effect is up) so, by that math, I should take 30 Damage right?
