you track SB, and you track outburst, thats it
after you do that, make sure youre hitting IP at 70+ rage
you can do that in between GCDs
since its off-gcd
after that you can focus on TBs and/or Demolishes depending on your hero talents
im confident if you go step by step you will get there
and it'll work for other classes
where its way more overwhelming in terms to what you need to keep track of
when it comes to overcapping rage... its far worse to let SB drop, so focus on that first. It's also far worse to rage starve

there is no huge diff between the 2, if you clearly know what you are doing as thane you will have an easier time to switch col if tuning happens
switching thunderclap and revenge in your priority shouldn't be difficult if you already knows how to play prot generally
