They could literally just be like “the reflected spell was an unintentional oversight, and trivialized the encounter far beyond our intended design. We’ll be removing these achievements from players who leveraged spell reflect on the next patch cycle to ensure all players are able to complete the encounter at the intended difficulty level”

It all just ties in with how warriors have to make a spellblock/reflect spreadsheet every patch. That should be enough means for them to take a closer look at the spellblock/reflect system instead of going "You guys are too stupid for spellblock" and removing it, and now that includes the rewards for people that spell reflected a mechanic that was spell reflectable because warriors are taught to interact with this system in this way

Personally I knew her mechanics could be reflected as a raid boss, so why not try it as a delve boss. Just made sense to me, and well there you go. Paladins felt the spellblock pain when they were meta and had to track 3 diff buffs to make sure they had 100% spellblock or they got oneshot in high keys
