It's extremely easy to do either of those poorly and believe me your healer will absolutely notice.

Coming from BDK maining for years, Prot feels really good to tank on. Not only it is easier, but blocking is incredibly strong, IP is really strong, and you got an easy snap aoe aggro as Thane, with a good burst. And colo has an insane burst.
