There are no stat requirements for warrior. There's a haste requirement to be able to use Into the Fray instead of Heavy Repercussions (~16,000 rating), but that's it. And it's not a breakpoint; you don't stop getting haste after that.

Do I send Demolish on CD or only with 10 stacks of Colossus might? This mainly pertains to openers as subsequent Demolishes generally seem to have easy 10 stacks.

Do I want to try and pair every Demolish with Demo shout and vice versa? Is there a scenario that I hold either CD for the other?

Kinda? The only heals that without any prep from Pres that hit the tank should be DB which isn't that strong and Firebreath heal conversion thing which is only every 30 seconds or so. SB is basically luck/situation dependent (it targets any 0-3 extra targets with less than 100% health in range depending on empower level), Leaping Flames depends on the target count and who you cast LF on, and TA'd Rev which does absolutely pathetic healing (it's basically only an healing amp).
But you can include the tank in your ramps depending on the situation/damage income though which means that they get healed as much as everyone else. But usually it's just TD the tank and pray they know how to press their buttons, or if that fails and it doesn't gimp your prep you can Echo > Rev them, which is basically a Death Strike for healing.

Guys, I bricked two ML 17s yesterday on the third boss. I need help on how to survive her. I was using spell reflection whenever she wasn't casting, and rotating avatar, shield wall, and spell block. eventually, I run out of cooldowns and just get clapped.

I wish this boss had more clarity on when she's going to blast the tank. I know it's when she's not casting, but it's still not super clear.

After the key, my healer whispered me saying there's no way to play with a prot warrior, that it's impossible to heal me and the party at the same time.
