That sounds weird, I've been using elvui for a long time now and I don't have any recurring issues. I would suggest fully reinstalling the addon. You can save your profiles to .txt just in case and then delete the whole of it and import them again

you might be using defensive for the add's ability. DBM calls it out. but you should use defensive for the boss's pierce armor only. also make sure you aren't accidentally hit by the spear, its very hard to notice it when you're at melee

Sometimes DBM is a hinderance not a help.....ive fucked up on gally because it goes INTERRUPT so I kick the shield as a dps and the tank goes apeshit

Colossus struggles with snap aggro and our main dmg ability is small cone attack. TR is great for snap aggro and range on it is massive.

Question for high-end Prot Warriors, do you think it’s too much of a sacrifice to not have dwarf/stoneform and go Night Elf for Meld? I’ve been weighing the pros/cons recently. Lots of dungeons have juicy Meld skips. Dwarf is also solid this season for some magic dots that’s are faster than your healer dispels and bleeds. Thoughts????

There is a magic DoT on first boss Priory but that’s a healer job. Magic DoT in bee wing of Cinderbrew is a healer job. There is a bleed on puncture in Workshop and a bleed on the ML Lieutenant, yep. Anything else doesn’t hurt much.

Bubbles can be skipped on water with sham/dk and shroud/invis pots. So that’s good.
No way to do workshop skip at end without meld unless you want to die + Rez.
No way to do Cinderbrew double hop goblin skip.
No way to do Motherlode skip at the end.
The worst one is Cinderbrew double hop IMO.
I think I can live with killing 1 pack at the end of WS and not having ML skips.

Only done up to 14 so far, but as a gnomie boi I've been able to manage all the bleeds/dots just fine, albeit with sweaty palms after haha. Biggest thing is just having healer on board to know when i have gaps for killer dots like that if they happen. But i know you getting into 15+ currently so take with grain of salt

My waste processing units usually die before 2nd puncture with good dps. All my magic dots get dispelled. I have stoneform up 1st pull cinderbrew and DFC, the only bleed I consistently take natty is the one that gets reapplied by the ML lieutenant and that one hurts.

So guys I am new to tanking and have been able to tank +2, +3 even a +4 once but for some reason floodgate kicks my ass even on an m0. Particularly the first boss. I just cannot seem to get aggro on the second set of drones. Are we supposed to maintain aggro on them? I know they pot shot other people no matter what but it seems like they also have aggro and will go crazy on teammates if I don't pick them up.

Ravager feels amazing in big pulls to rage & damage but something that is overlooked is how it can be used as a ranged aggro tool. For example, in first pull workshop or floodgate, you can charge X2 + leap to the first 3 packs and throw ravager at the 4th.
