The only reason to ever take titan of industry at a lower ilvl is if you're very specifically trying to raid parse and it sims better

Hey, do you guys think its possible to go Massacre+Juggernaut in M+?
I dont feel like set alone is enough to keep up Shield Block uptime but Heavy Repercussions is enough to keep it up.
Question is how much losing 8% haste would be, thats a lot of stat, and how much Punish is compared to Juggernaut.
Thought maybe Bolster (combined with tier procs) could fill the gaps of not having Shield Block if you still go for Into the Fray but im not sure, i dont feel like there is that many dungeons that use Spell Block and Tough as Nails is <1% of DPS anyway.

masscre and jugg dont work in m+ as u drop SB uptime for it and punish which is an insanely powerful talent 12 dr is huge on bosses, plus u barely execute outside of 2 or less targets which doesnt happen much in m+ so there is very little point in taking them
if you dont feel like you are getting enough uptime then take HR, but it is with proper play to run ITF and stuff u will have more than enough uptime
again loosing punish for juggernaunt is not worth it at all
and dropping spell block is dumb, i recommend u look in the pins and look at the spreadsheet which will show you where spell block is used

and its used in pretty much every dungeon to cover a lot of things

Viscera sims absurdly high for me all the time, but that seems to be somewhat of a simtrap.

Stein is a bit hard to know, it is about 10-15% uptime on everyone else, and 40-50% on you

so the question of value is a bit iffy. On HC track, 4/6, it is about a 8-10% dps increase on proc for others, 10-15% of the time, so a 0.8-1.5% dps increase for everyone else.

At mythic track it is worth more, but you also lose your big DPS increases, for a 50% uptime of the trinky and some random shield value.
As it has no mainstat, it is really weird
