This overlap always happens on the second one. You need to just chill on the first one. And then pop a defensive on the second one, you can also ping to your group where you are moving out of the circle as it's coming out, so you all stay stack and don't panick split.

Your blocked hits is fine - 87%, can always improve on this, but it's not disastrous.
You wasted 3k Rage, that's a lot. Be sure to use IP (it's off the GCD) to avoid rage capping.
Can't say much about casts, as NW is a big travel time dungeon.

If you're looking to improve at Prot War specifically, your main consistent options are Nome and Sense. Sense is mostly only vods on Youtube.

If you want to learn how to tank as a whole better, you can watch any of the higher key pushing tanks people mention, like Yoda, Dorki, etc

They're not oushing the hoghest level keys because they're the best Prot War; they're pushing those keys because they're doing the universally necessary things to time the dungeon the best in their groups

sorry i don't understand. Unstoppable force is the avatar talent. From that it sounds like they want you to pump the 2 thane thunderclaps while spear is out. Maybe we dont hold if there's desync but when they collide to make sure you hit that AOE burst?

That's because they're the only ones doing that content oftentimes

If you're literally the only person doing something, then yeah, you're the best at it.

You're also the worst at it.

Parsing in raid for the absolute top normally is deciding by padding, as well. You need to take PIs from classes that can get more out of it, you need the rest of the group to intentionally let you hit things more, and the like. What's more notable is the 100%s Nome's gotten with just a friend passing him PI

Like, again, they're usually not like, mega bad at the classes; tanks really are not that hard to play

The only things you need to worry about after that is actually using your defensive abilities to mitigate without overcommitting defensives or undercommitting

It's less than optimal since you'll eventually clip your rage generation somehow

But it'd probably be better than how some people play the spec

The biggest issue would be that you're dedicated too many presses to just attempting to do your rotation that trying to swap to doing utility/mech related stuff will be hard
