Most dungeons have those unavoidable hard ticking magic AOE's that are completely trivialized by spell block. I've seen some ppl drop shield charge to take BSV and then take bolster for the additional SB charge tho.

Skill issue, either on your end or your dps not holding CDs while gathering

DPS should be cleaving off prio targets, and so should you, and in that case your aoe threat gen should be enough to hold the rest of the pack. Sometimes you'll see a random mob rip off of you, but that just means someone in the group is failing to prio the right target

Thunderous Roar is a bit better for AoE and Spear is a bit better in single target. That said the difference is small enough that you can use whichever you want.
Also Spear has added utility as a ranged snare.

Pure dps both those outweigh sac, but you don’t need to do anything with sac and also you have the icd of 2 on use trinkets if you go that way.

But yeah, unless you can get a hero or myth Sac just use both those for all situations.
