Whether that's because they're compensating for DPS not killing shit fast enough making them heal more, or DPS getting hit by stuff so they have reduced resources to allocate to appropriately heal you as a tank, or more simply, your healers routinely make mistakes, that's your bottle kneck

Anyways, TLDR you need to be blocking every hit you possibly can. You need to work on pressing shield slam more. You need to try sending your defensive CDs in spots where it makes sense, i.e. right before the big tank buster. You really need to work on your ABC's (always be casting)/sending your offensive CDs as often as possible. You're not wasting rage which sounds good on paper but that also means you're just not generating anywhere near the rage you should be.

That requires effort xD after the purges I assume there is a very lean crew working on the game. I can't see how all the bugs, broken affixes, huge tuning passes etc would be going on if they had any semblance of an automated test system and internal QA
