at first glance I see that in those downtime windows you use IP a lot and not revenge

IP is the thing you use to not overcap rage, but don't use it under 60 rage unless you're stacking up for a crazy big oneshot hit after screwing up and having 0 defences

You should prioritize using revenge in those situations since revenge casts have a chance to reset your shield slam
