Well the common situation I face is I press ThunderBlast then it proc the 2 SS no CD, then well with skyfury sometimes devastator proc a lot and after that the SS keep resetting while in the middle of spamming those 6 SS proc one of them proc Thunderblast. my instinct just said press SS till really no reset anymore then press Thunderblast.

think it's easy to overvalue a 90 second kick that also sorta takes away your ability to aoe taunt in an emergency

so i kinda see both sides of it, while i do lean to the "its overvalued" part

that being said i see less value using it in TWW keys

except for some very specific situations like web weavers etc
