If you find them having regularly done keys below 7,they ain't it

If they haven't killed 7/8hc twice yet, or 8/8hc twice, they also ain't it

That would be my personal criteria

And obv any m+ title/famed slayer title is a solid indication of existing braincells for 9s/10s

There are generally 2 types of attack, physical attacks and spells - physical in terms of anything that swings a weapon, even if it does magic damage.

For example, you can parry things like lava lash or crusader strikes. Spellblock let's you block them for mitigated damage.

You should not overcap rage with IP at your disposal even without points in that talent. With proper play it has near 0 effect; while stormbolt will at least do some damage. It's a free attack as well, so you can still cast it if in a drought.

no, our tree is literally taking all the damage amps we can possibly hold, so to take the cheat death you have to lose damage+rage gen so it's just overall a loss
