and the current timewalking dungeons also will just stun you and tell you to eat shit and die

Good recs for crafts are weps and shield to bump them up in ilvl as fast as possible, but those are phased out by max ilvl equips. When at max ilvl, you likely optimally want bracers/belt with thread embels

When to pop them in raid is more down to timers, I.e Ky’veza is a good one to look at. You want major cds on every void shredders. You can basically rotate last stand, shield wall and spell reflect on 1 and then spell reflect and spell block on the other with def stance used for every tank buster on that fight.

All fights work similar, that’s just a very obvious one. Pretty much comes to how often do I need to use my cds, wether it’s physical or magic and how far apart as too how many cds you use in 1 go.

Thunder Blast is the same button as Thunder Clap, so it'd get hit at the same point in the prio

The main reason Thunder Blast is that high up in prio is so you don't waste charges in aoe, since you can only have two charges of thunder blast at once

So if you were to do normal SS > TC > Revenge, you would eat stacks of Thunder Blast, costing you damage in the long run
