For the ilvl, it's the used enchanted crest.
Recrafting allows you to exchange the used crest, potentially increasing the ilvl of the item.
And generally it is recommended to craft wrist and belt, as crafted gear caps out a few ilvl below maximum, but you CAN use your sparks to craft weapons, if you are desperate enough.

yes, in my experience there is a bug. if you specify a certain range it'll only show exactly those 3 for some reason

warp delplete is a little broken btw, it doesn't count 15 seconds instead of 5 per death on 7+. Also since mDT is not updated it doesn't show the proper %

Hekili depends on a spec to spec basis in how good it is. Generally, it's not as useful for tank soecs

Well the armour embleishment u can put on a shield is good but u can put that on armour pieces anyway so u dont need to put it on shield. The shield emblishment is just bad.
And it depends on what lvl u play at to even craft a shield in the first place so we recommend not wasting your emblishment slot on something your going/might replace

It's not, but if it is the highest ilvl one that you have available, it is ... until you drop a new one in roughly the same ilvl range.

From what I’ve seen thunderstorm > ring > shockwave
Can sometimes get them all with 1 shockwave but they have a delayed spawn so may need to wait.
Also depends on the spread.

Hey all! Im playing prot in M+ and Fury in raid. Is anyone else in the same boat? For crafting, was thinking of making a 636 shield and then next week making a 636 2H. And then I’ll use my 610 pvp crafts for embellishments. Not sure how much I’m gimping myself trying to use sparks for both specs. Anyone find a better solution or have some advice? In terms of mythic, I’m competing against 2 others for both the 2H and shield off first boss, and we most likely won’t get to first boss until week 4. Thank you!

Tank specs in general can make due with less gear then dps specs as its more about gameplay>gear
gimping your raid spec to beef up your prot spec just aint worth
cause you can make due with very little
unless you trying to push rank 1 prot war keys
but for 10s; a heroic shield is plenty
