I don't think this is a region wide AH item, it's worth checking high pop servers for lower prices and xfering gold via warband bank to buy it if you find one cheaper. I skipped only 2 packs in grim batol near 2nd boss and then a set of warlocks and had to come bsck for the warlocks

I wanted to try and cheese first part and pull everything with healer and have 3 dps fly and all nuke #1 dragon nukes on packs. Anyone test that?
