- for me these are near WSAD and thumb button on naga (1-6, but I also use rest), but its very personal thing and depends what you're used to and what is comfortable for you to press
- use razer app to make these buttons for example alt+1, alt+2 etc. and have 2nd bar, thats used with alt modifier

Action bar 1 is bound to NUM LOCK 1-12 which corresponds to my 12 buttons on the naga.
Action bar 2 is 1-5, q, e, r, g, c, x, f
Action bar 3 is mouse wheel up, mouse wheel down, alt wheel up, alt wheel down, alt num lock 1-8 (naga)
Action bar 4 is control num lock 1-12 (naga)
I also recommend you make certain keybinds the same flavor of spell. For example, on every class I have my f keybind as always interrupt. Alt-1 is always movement like heroic leap then charge, then intercept. Q and E are always my active mitigation so for warrior Q is shield block and E is ignore pain and then 1-5 are typically my big CDs. C is usually crowd control, etc.

I think people usually roll Arms as offspec due to the stat synergy, whereas Fury usually likes Mastery. Specs are currently fairly even, damagewise, with Arms having a slight edge in ST, I think.
It's mostly not having to farm a second gear set to optimise for fury, but for the most part it is down to you what you want yo roll. Arms is definitely less effort though.
