MT is more suited for Mythic+.
Colossus and MT are both..fine in Raid.
I'd still suggest MT for Raiding.
MT is the better middle-ground as a tank. Enough damage output, and does not really sacrifice defensiveness.
Colossus is more of a..."class-cannon". It deals a ton of damage, but requires a bit more thought due to less Rage generation.

The only way to make tons of gold, with how established monetary bases are, are to play the market in some way, shape, or form, either by goblin times on the AH, selling runs/mounts/KSM stuff/etc, selling loot from raid to people who are desperate enough, and the like. You can scrape some money by doing things like selling augment runes that drop from the role in need queue bonuses, but it's not gonna be a particularly major amount.
Professions are also only profitable if you mega goblin them, especially with how crafting has changed, and gathering profs are in the same usual boat of only really able to make money at the very start of an xpac

Same way as everyone else, really. Play the AH game, in TWW farming materials early (especially enchanting), on live you can do dung finder tank role for ish 1k gold for 10min of time, so on and on. Combine dungs with the dragon race world quests and you will make alright raw gold. Nothing spectactular - but decent gold.
I also recommend to google around and see if there are any bugged raids or mob spawns, who allows you to efficently farm raw gold.

you shouldnt use spell block without SB
you are literally required to have SB up, or else youre wasting the cd
so yes, they synergize
and if they arent used together, youre not doing it correctly
because leaving a block to chance is a bad idea, and spell block wont work if you don't roll a block

I've used Genshii's tracker for the longest time, thankfully someone fixed it. Still not sure what exactly was bugging out the text as I don't see any differences in the custom trigger for the display/coloring, but it works fine now with the updated version.

Remember that you can move around a lot better than pally. Charge or leap to the mobs that got pulled, lay down a TC/Revenge, move back to where you're gathering everything else.
Having spent a lot more time on paladin than warrior for a few years, it takes some readjusting to play as a mobile melee tank instead of a caster that has to sit in consecration more often.

Thats the problem of a person who pulled it. You cant play for other people and they should know that to kite mob into your melee range if they have agro.
