You can just slap pre-patch event for like an hour and get a full suite of 480 gear or something

Blizzard nerfed them because supposedly individual hits take will be smaller in TWW, but I don't believe it really

You can also do the weekly quest in vald for a 493 piece and 2 bullions

Between that and prepatch event you'll get enough gear to do early keys or do lfr for more bullions to buy trinkets and weapons

Crests and flightstones are the hard part sadly
