If you're not accidentally pulling packs you shouldn't be and people aren't constantly dying (or doing zero damage) the timer shouldn't even be relevant in +5s
Check out the routes on keystone.guru (The "Weekly" ones), if you're following those your route is not the problem until at least after 10s

I created a small weak aura that does a small sound every time Shield Slam is available in combat. It annoys my wife in the same room, but it helped me raise my Shield Slam count.

now obv this comes down to gear a tad bit

This is when I just found out dark iron dwarves get the bleed removal too
they do
they get strength instead of DR too
but they dont get passive crit
so they actually end up being slightly less tanky and do slightly less damage
than regular dwarf
regular dwarf also just armor, not strength, so only slight reduction melee
its not armour
its 10% physical damage
slight difference
and makes it slightly better than just armour
right, im thinking of when i was dwarf paladin in 2004, but physical only reduction is what i was trying to get at
doesnt even cover magical damage. or grant extra damage, like strength would
i mean it does because it removes alot of magical debuffs

you gone from functional immortal as long you go 100 to 1%, to no longer bouncing that effect - so, the case of "you want to take as much damage as you can, to push your survival to the max" is no longer the case.

It is a DTPS vs HPS question tho, if it healed 30k HPS and enemy did 30k DTPS, then after the change HP% max up, so still 30K vs 30K, then it is the same
But ye, if HP% max dont go up, then it is a loss. Idea is that HPmax up, so effective HPS vs DTPS is the same; and I presume they are looking at it from a DF to TWW perspective. Not beta build to beta build.

4th week, we get hammered to DF levels

Nah, early on we are the only one that got extremely good DR with low gear. Monk still needs HP and healers to bounce within
We just need a decent shield, and we are basically set.

How long do you reckon it's going to be before the healers start complaining about having to heal the tanks again?
i dont see a world in where brew isnt going to be the strongest tank in s1 with gear at this rate
i mean who knows, they do changes like this on a whim a month and some change before expansion

Raid tank? Probably. Not sold on that Prot Pally or VDH wont just rule with their kits. But hey, maybe Gdruid gets a big dam push and becomes best again.

I am just pretty sure BDK got nailed to the ground, but I havent tested it yet. But my doomer spirit has come out again
when the bdk rework was them just reworking it into the ground 
bro, every game i ever played, any thing that allows, bullet to travel faster, fire more bullets a second, less delay , less reload time, walk speed
I dont want BDK reworked, it was fun as is, with unique gameplay.
i have ALWAYS found those effects can be hit or miss but when they hit, they strike gold
the sad thing is rn at least for raid bdk was usually just perpetually in a state of being immortal in raid but the way the class is designed for m+ you needed some sort of stop gap for melees like DRW perma uptime to be relevant in keys, it kinda does need a rework
i swear its always been this way, nerfing the shit out of BDK till the end of time
idk how they retain dks unique reactive ranking style though while making it relative to others in higher end content

Uldaman is just suck on whatever week either forti or tyr, a bad dungeon design.
at least I never saw people eagerly doing Uldaman, they might do it because maybe want to push rating, but I doubt they will just do it out of nowhere.

its a long dungeon and the timer is super punishing
I actually really enjoy Ulda to a point; had the dungeon ended at the 4th boss, I think people would be much happier
Ulda and Halls were my favorite two of S4
AA and BH for me
Azure Vault sort of lost points; i hate when people walk into a dungeon on like a 18 and are like 'we just time this easy'

First pull Halls was such a highlight of the season for me
and then watching our guild shadow priest do the snap tech to bring the two minibosses to the frogs after first boss
