Tracking IP is not bad, I also track IP, it's important to know if you have a full IP banked up for a mechanic or not
It's not SUPER IMPORTANT to track, as you spam the fuck out of it regularly yes
But there's still a decision making process in having it tracked.
It's not your top priority to have it up, but it is useful information to have available
Hence why in my UI, its a small tracker, but with changing colour, above my health (tracking duration imo is not important cuz you sure as shit don't go full 12 seconds without pressing IP)

The most notable one is Nose for Trouble or whatever; it adds up to actually a decent amount of damage prevented throughout a run
but it's not something that's going to really necessarily save your or anything, either, in most cases
The only racials with any remote capability for that is dorf racial for like bleeds or something, but that is extremely dependent on conditional dungeon design
And depending on how those bleeds/debuffs/etc might work, you could potentially even stop it from being put on in the first place with like a Tauren Stomp/Bullrush if they made it stoppable
