I think I'm going to hang up my shield for this patch as far as pushing keys. Pugging as prot war this season has been the least enjoyable M+ season I've done. Consistently the target of blame for keys, I don't play perfectly, but holy crap is it persistent. Not to mention, I don't ever want to tank uldaman as a prot warrior again.

in AV you can probably go higher.
in Uld / Nelth if you do big pulls that need cordinated CC's..maybe not.
Too many variables to give you an exact keystone level.

Hey guys, i'm watching guides and we could see : Maintain at 100% Shield Block. Ok but 2 charges, 6 secs durations and 14 sec CD. So at best we have 12/14 sec. You mean 2 Charges with 8 secs duration and the CD which reduced by haste, if you got 6400 rating and number of allies around you for ITF the CD is 10 secs.

- had planned to swap rageheart for Enduring Dreadplate later on
stat prio is currently haste/crit. so I'm leaning towards Augury of the Primal Flame for now

that being said having both anvil and signet on pure ST fights might be the best bet on Mythic raid parsing
