theres a 15 second buff timer on the Anvil stacks, but a neat trick you can do is press anvil if its off CD and it will refresh the 15 seconds outside of combat

guys i feel like i struggle to work revenge into my rotation, with SS and TC resets happening so frequently, feels like 99% of the time i dump excess rage into IP and feel like i dont cast revenge often enough because SS/TC is off cooldown on most globals. should i be prioing revenge over TC at times where i'm capping rage? or just casting revenge when tc/ss are both on cd and theres nothing else to press. feels particularly bad with the 4 set because you want as many bleeds up when shield slamming as possible.
this is from a m+ perspective. i dunno, just feels like i'd ike to be pressing it a lot more to dump rage rather than smashing it all into IP but if i follow the rotational priority it feels like i press it maybe once every 10 globals or something

Revenge is only a filler to do Dmg and dump rage, if TC or SS is ready it’s great. Sometimes Revenge can be helpful at the start of a pull to get some aggro. But don’t feel bad for pressing it less then you were used to do it in SL

The biggest thing causing this right now, as a heads up, is the current tier set; we get resets on TC, which resets SS alongside Devastator, so you often get times in which, even before adding in Demo Shout/CDs/etc, you get strands of just SS/TC/SS/TC
