The thing with seal is that it's "free damage". Every trinket is giving you damage, so the value of a bullion trinket is weighed relative to the trinket you had before. IE a trinket will often be closer to a 1-2% upgrade after removing the value of your previous one, assuming it wasn't just crazy ilvls behind.
The ring is the only ring giving damage, so it's not competing on anything but the secondaries. So even if it's worth 1%, that's a straight 1% that isn't really being diminished elsewhere.
It's still all relative for each character and none of them are making or breaking your potential or damage for the 2 week wait til your next item, so once you have your weapon it's whatever - but it's a harder item to compare by just eyeballing.

If you got some poor trinkets right now, you can also pick a trinket up now ,and take Fryakk weapon next week for example.

That said, Signet still pumps, but it's a bit spicier to keep up.

Both require you to maintain their stacks the entire time, with Signet being a lot more strict on that
You'd also want to consider Dreadplates, as well, since it does do a non-zero amount of damage in aoe

Signet/Anvil,purely offensive with a heavy drop off if you can't keep them up properly.
Dreadplates/All-master a mix of defensive and offensive.
Only you know if you can keep signet/anvil up or not.

It'll generally just not break at all, then blast them all at the end
That actually got changed this season and is why the trinket is good now; you actually get the damage guaranteed now

if you are talking about the frontal that can spawn the little tree when you hit the sprout, yes, also check your SB uptime usually for warrior that the main issue, you let SB drop for a second and get smash by the frontal 🙂

yah dreadplate is really good for us because the plates do not break as often as other tanks perhaps so they stay up and do more defense and after 15 seconds a big burst of damage from all 5 plates goes off

If you don't take enough damage to break the trinkets "plate" thanks to our IP, the trinket continues to absorb damage.

Jeah, ideal setup is an offensive trinket + defensive one.
For high ones, you might even wanna use on-use defensive+cheat death.
For lower ones you can use double offensive.
"High", "Low" obviously depends on your own familiarity of the class and keys etc.
