Yes, if you have like ~80 rage you should use IP, no matter how much you have already. Generally its not worth tracking IP amount, unless some specific tankbusters in mythic raid that you may need full IP for.

Yeah, my opinion if you really want gholak and the token if it dropped off Fyrakk would be to wait to purchase until week 3; it's only one more week to wait and you get to gamble to see if you get gholak/token drop, but

So you'd indirectly downgrade your overall potential ilvl
