3)Next choices depend on your gear. Cataclysmic Signet Brand, Elemenitum Pocket Anvil, Manic Grieftorch, Fryakk's Tainted Rageheart are all great options.

Embellishments
Double Shadowflame is still the best option on low budget items like Wrists/Cloak.

Trinkets?

For Raid

If the fight is long enough(5m+) and you can consistently keep the buffs up:
1)Cataclysmic Signet Brand;
2)Elementium Pocket Anvil;

Manic Grieftorch is a great option and will out perform the two mentioned above, especially when people are dying, and/or the fight it shorter.

For Mythic+

Offensively:

• Cataclysmic Signet Brand/Elementium Pocket Anvil - If you can keep the buffs consistently up;
• Enduring Dreadplates;
• All-Totem of the Master;
• Augury of the Primal Flame.

Defensively:

• Treemouth's Festering Splinter;
• Enduring Dreadplates;
• Fryakk's Tainted Rageheart.
