this is actually bullshit, in some (rare) cases "to play correct" is to be far away from someone, but it's a direct trade off to dealing damage. so in some cases you need to risk and you can get one shot, getting killed is just part of the game. you try to minimize it thats it.

It depends what you call « unexpectedly » tbh. It’s easy to say « if you play perfectly you will not die », but one little thing that goes wrong, not even from your fault, can lead to a death 25s leather because you had to waste your cooldown at the wrong moment.

probably less than 2 or 3
cant really comment on hotbar or bind settings
those are pretty personal
only recommendation is to put the skills you use the most at any given time in easily accessible keys
i.e. with out modifiers like shift/alt/ctrl
like IP shouldnt be shift F (because its used fairly often)
and SR shouldnt be in G (only because it has a 25s cd, but that's entirely debateable i guess since its one of the shorter CDs)
rest are okay
