I've personally never had that issue, but i remember someone typing something in the lines of "Don't hold your right mouseclick down you're about to get gripped".
Sometimes it de-selects Oakheart as my target when i get gripped, but then i just target him again and can attack np.

I unironically think that ED is going to be a DPS increase.
Your overall SB up-time was 65% which means a ton of your SS's are not buffed.
Unless you just don't press SB when not tanking.
Also take Barbaric Training and throw it down the chute.
Use it on Honed Reflexes for example.

This is the first evening where I've been trying to be more attentive to using SB when I'm not tanking. I actually completely overlooked the SS damage component 🤡, so it's something I still need to get used to. That being said, I don't think I can maintain 100% uptime with SB without ED, hence the question on whether or not to use ED or instigate.

i used to be a full clicker until fairly recently and now i am a full binder but the transition has been brutal for me as it took a while and i still get panicked and press the wrong buttons when something unexpected happens
