Be aware, swapping to ItF means you need to be more conscious of shield block. You won't be able to be as liberal with it because wasted uptime may result in gaps during combat. If you're still working on your shield block uptime/blocked hits, I would advise staying with HR even past 5400 haste.

I understand its only for your IP button, but I feel like under normal circumstances, where you are filling your globals properly, IP will so rarely be pressed in a scenario where you have a free global to even use SS, like, if you get a proc outside of the spell queue window then you have time to react, if the proc is inside spell queue window you're probably spamming some other button anyway.
