Yeah I agree, I run binds for both, and the focus macro is the best for big pulls, and mouseover is generally for last second changes on a pull
If there was a way to not accidentally highlight wrong mobs from their actual models being highlighted, then maybe plates and mousever would be better
But it's unbelievably east to burn kicks

Naturalists are the real dangerous ones for you with their Dancing Thorns casts. Especially when you get high stacks of the flowers debuff (+dmg taken).
You can ask for a blessing of freedom, or use Avatar, to get rid of that debuff since it’s a slow as well.
You should tell your group Naturalists are immediate priority : they kill / kick one and you control another. Avoid pulling more than two together.
Spell reflect and Spell block are your friends there.

Be sure to tank the flowers ontop of them and if possible, mark one of them with Skull.
Kick and rotate SR/SW/Spell Block as needed on them. That's about all you can do.

For the very first big pull, charge the 1st naturalist, TC, spell reflect, leap to the other pack, kick the naturalist, then charge back the previous mobs. It's the most efficient way to group everything without having a lone caster blasting you from the entrance.

Grouping that is annoying if your group forgets about the caster.

then you either go to rezan after, or go kill priestess > rezan > volkal > yazma

I go left at the start or to rezan first depending on fort/tyr (rezan isn't hard but still better value to lust a boss on tyr week imo). I do the 6 mobs on the left side at the start, then go across and kill first pack with patrolling shield dudes, then skip to last pack along the ledge. Then pretty normal volkaal across to priestess including middle pack
Probably not the best route for lust timing but idc because priestess first route makes me want to kill myself
