So sometimes when you start getting above 60 and outburst is loaded or things like that, it's fine to go even lower than usual, since you get like 60 rage from Outburst SS
Under damage taken, if you hover over hits, it tells you the block breakdown. If you click on Shield Block in the source aura filter, it tells you the breakdown with shield block up

Yeah, anytime you have Ravager available, get used to pressing a lot of IP healthily and early; anytime ravager is up, your CDs should be lined up in such a way that, even if not all at the same time, they're available close enough that you're gonna be swimming in rage
And you don't have to worry about having as much rage for revenge because pressing CD buttons is urgent and will stop you from even pressing like SS for a second or two, giving you time to get rage for revenge when you do spend it on IP

You were almost 50/50 on how many casts went between SS and TC, so you'll still need to send more outbursts on CC. Also, there's still 2201 rage wasted, which is 22 entire full rage bars worth of rage just into the ether. You likely can get a few more fervid procs by making sure to send that extra rage on IP, since IP has the highest chance of procing fervid, which would be more SS damage/Fervid damage
You only had 59.6 CPM which is generally a bit low; without big amounts of downtime, you should be decently healthily over 60 CPM; looking at casts overall, it looks like you undersent Demo Shout, since you have 20 more casts of Shield Charge than Demo, even though Demo and Shield Charge, base, have the same CD. Demo, if using Thunderlord, has even less of a CD than Shield Charge, so you're missing rage/damage from not enough demo casts, as well.
So the two biggest things to work on atm likely would be:
- Ensure you're spending rage with IP so you don't overcap
- Make sure you're sending CDs on CD; you only should hold Demo if you really do need it for a mechanic, which is generally telegraphed boss mechanics.
