Step 1. Download WCL Uploader from http://www.warcraftlogs.com
Step 2. Go into your game options, go to Network, and make sure Advanced Combat Logging is checked
Step 3. Download Loggerhead addon; this will prompt you every time you enter a new area/difficulty and ask if you want to auto log. Other addons do this but this is my preferred one.
Step 4. Once you're done with the dungeon or when you're done running for the night, use the uploader to upload your logs for the night. I usually make sure my game is closed when I do this so that it will let me delete the file right away afterward (since you don't need it once it's online).

In M+, it's only worth it for Enha to run if you're literally all classes that gain decent amounts from it, including your healer.
WFT is now competing with some high value points that contribute a non-zero amount to their performance, so it's not worth it when you can't guarantee a full group's benefit like you can in raid. (well, "guarantee")

Your CPM as a whole seems to have improved, which is good, but it looks like you might also be missing on some SS resets still
Also, you're still taking a lot of unblocked melees overall; about 20% of melees with shield block up aren't being blocked, so you're getting clipped in the back a bit still
You're both generating more and wasting less rage, which is good,
But there's still 11 bars that went down the drain, so you can still send more IP to avoid overcapping. A good bit of Ravager, Shield Charge, and the like went unused, so you're likely not being aggressive enough with spending rage during CDs
Defensive CD use can go up for Shield Wall and the like, but I wouldn't fuss over it outside of telegraphed tank mechanics until you're comfortable or pushing scarier keys
