Largest part of eqs difficulty was how slow things were, you had to be ahead of what was going to happen because spells cast slow and you could get stunned out of them by melee hits, in that raid in particular just being in melee for a single round would 100% be death for a non tank and even tanks it was a coin flip that they wouldn't strike through your dodge/parry and one round you

Mostly when raiding but sometimes on some M+ pulls, I find myself close to rage cap, with Ignore Pain absorb maxed out (or very close), and Shield Slam or Thunderclap out of cooldown, meaning I continue to generate rage without spending on Revenge.
Is that normal? I understand that on challenging pulls I'll prolly spam IP a bit more, but I wonder when I should hard cast a revenge when Shield Slamd and TC are pretty much always available.

It's a prio for threat and dmg yeah but not over TC, and Ravager also applies deep wounds iirc so no rush there

Question about defensive stance. Right now, and maybe up to 25 keys, I'm using it strictly as a CD on harder pulls, but I very rarely use it. Should I be more liberal about it in favor of other CD's or is it the lowest prio?
I saw some prot warriors in higher keys just sitting in defensive all the time, so I wonder if i'm just kneecapping me trying to min max battle stance (its 8% dps right?)
