In preparation for the Fated Dragonflight Season, Blizzard is asking players to vote for which tier of the three set bonuses should be carried forward into Season 4! For Protection, this is:
- Season 1: Use Revenge for a 5sec Dmg and Defensive Buff + Ignore Pain leech
- Season 2: Shieldslam dmg buffed + CDR on Last Stand -> Aoe Dmg + DR after LS
- Season 3: Bleed consumption on Shieldslam + flat DR + CDR on Roar + TC reset
-> It's a very easy choice to make as Season 3 offers the most engaging playstyle through the resetting and reapplying of bleeds and it provides the most useful dmg gains for both m+ and raid compared to other sets!
I heavily recommend ** ❗ AGAINST ❗ Season 1** as it offers the least useful interaction for us and is practically useless in raid scenarios and low target count situations!
Season 2 set is alright but it comes at the loss of being forced into 1 additional Talent to be optimally used which does make us give up other strong Talents!
