hi guys, i'm maining my tank this season and having a lot of fun, however, one area i need to improve it keeping aggro, i find it really difficult sometimes, when ravager etc is on CD, i tend to taunt and spam revenge but do you guys have any tips or do you use threat meters to help with this?

We are and we aren't; We have a build that works, but we (to all intents and purposes) have less variability in builds than we did under the 7*3 talents
Here's a (non-exhaustive) list of things that should be done to Warrior, and specifically Protection Warrior where applicable:
1: Avatar is in the wrong place. For all specs, it's basically mandatory, and its position in Tier 3 means that it locks out a very large number of potential combinations. It should be moved down to Tier 2, in the same way as Paladins have Avenging Wrath in Tier 2 (a more-or-less equivalent talent)
2: In the Protection tree, the structure of the tree results in very little choices being viable. To fix this, I would suggest the following;
- Remove the pathways that lead from Challenging Shout and Brutal Vitality to Shield Wall (nobody uses these anyway; Rend is mandatory and that grants access to SW)
- Swap the positions of Bloodbourne and Bolster. While you are at it, make Bloodbourne a 1 point talent.
- Swap the positions of the SoF/SD choice node and Thunderlord
- Implement 2 new pathways, from Bloodsurge to the new position of Bloodbourne, and from Instigate to the new position of SoF/SD
3: Remove Useless talents. Delete Battle-Scarred Veteran, Storm of Steel and Dance of Death.
4: Bring Back Banner as a Tier 3 talent with the former Conduit and Covenant Legendary effects as nodes beyond it
5: New Choice Node in the spot where BSV used to be - choose between a Talent that applies Anger Management to Ravager, or a Talent that applies Anger Management to Last Stand

I clear that whole level in 2 pulls. The only dangerous mobs are the Matron, whose AoE has to be interrupted, and the Faceless Maiden, whose Fear has to be interrupted.

The idea behind the node swaps on both sides is to do with the pathway changes I propose; you don't want to have Bolster in a position where you can select it without Last Stand, and likewise for Thunderlord and Demo Shout.
