You're going to have to work with your group; you don't want any stacks to exist when Swells come out, so you need to pace your killing if there's any small ones around surrounding the cast. Basic idea is kill adds, get big guy as stacks fall off, swell goes out without stacks

Abouts; technically, you want to sim for the pull sizes and lengths you plan on hitting. Also, if you only do like 1-1.5 min sims, you need to remember that things like Signet will undersim since it doesn't have time to stack properly

You should start by leaping every breath so you don't use actual DR on it. From there, you need to cycle your proper DRs in order to get through. On notable key levels, you should also Defensive Stance for all grips.
An example could be that you use Shield Wall + Reflect for the first one, LS + IV and Reflect for the second, shield wall could be back up again for the third, and so on
