For instance (bull crap numbers for example sake): until 5400, 1 hast will be valued as 1 hast initial hast value.
After 5400, 1 hast = 0.7 initial hast value.
After 7k1 (iirc?) 1 hast = 0.5 initial value

The right answer? With a good healer, most of the time, probably won’t need it above 470. Always been the way. Loot spec as DPS once you have a Shield because "Tank trinkets" are dire.
