I'm not particularly aware of any, since it's not a popular addon among the regular tanking crowd I know due to spell reflect often being used for just general mitigation, and sometimes the WA can bait you into reflecting the wrong spell
An example is in last season in HoI; if you were to follow the SR weakaura, you'd reflect the knockback, making you unable to reflect the thing you actually want to reflect which is the damage cast right after the KB

Tank 1 gets the tank circle, runs away, drops it leaves the circle and then gets a debuff that makes you take more nature dmg, that part I get.
My question is then does tank 2 taunts the boss as soon as tank 1 gets their circle, or do we wait until its about to drop? It seems like if we taunt immediately the taunting tank still has a little bit of time on their debuff so that threaded blast slaps

It does not, but it reduces the damage of the adds that cast on you and the initial hit of the breath. The main best thing to do is to outrange every other breath with leap
This makes rotating your CDs a lot nicer since there's only major influxes of damage every other breath rather than every breath
