The one who doesn't get it needs to make sure boss is on them; once the group soak goes down, tank with overheated taunts and will have the boss for next soak and will guaranteed not have overheated because you can only get overheated once

the way spell block and reflect works is imagine someone throws a molotov at you you can spell block or reflec it hitting you reducing or stopping the dmg from the impact and glas shattering focused explosion, but the fire will still ignite, and catch the fire on grou nd putting your friends on fire maybe too

it doesn't stop basic circle casted spells either normally
