The tooltip for ignore pain changed in the 10.2 patch, only shows the cap amount rather than the per use amount, so any weakaura still pulling from tooltip will show the cap amount as the per use.
Unfortunately there's no clean way to access the per use amount anymore, but it's roughly 1/4th the cap if you want to substitute that in the code.
