so that's something to keep in mind
as long as you understand the ilvl colors in their graphs (i.e. when white is more than light blue or green, etc) and also understand these are ST sims, then they should be ok
you can swap to 5T patchwerk on the top, so those should be more representative for keys

also im not entirely sure what the duration is for bloodmallet so thats another thing to keep in mind, we usually do 3 mins for ST (1 Patchwerk + Lust and only set buffs) or 1 min / 1.5 mins for keys (5 patchwerk, no lust, only set buffs)

If you need to get aggro on something, taunt moves you to the top of the threat table
Heroic throw is for ranged pulling, taunt is literally to lock aggro, it has a multiplier applied to every ability you use for 3s after on top of making you #1
It's mostly used in raids for tank swaps, or for getting the attention of something that isn't near melee range
Taunt + heroic throw is generally enough aggro that the mob will die before a DPS pulls it off of you in dungeons
