Play what you're going to have fun playing, if pushing keys above 23s interests you, start adding people that play well in groups, and (this is the important part most people skip) proactively ask them to play with you.
If you wait for people to invite you, you'll see less groups and less success than if you're running down the list asking people to play regularly.

It isn't quite real scenarios and isn't always mega accurate for your rotation proper, but you also have to think about it like this: If you SS, TC, revnge, then revenge again because no SS reset,
You've pressed twice as many revenges as TC
The best way to figure out how many casts you should have in a fight/dung would be to look at other logs, if you're curious
Since there's also tomes like downtome in a raid fight where you can just press TC on CD for free rage

I'm 433 gear, and even with shield block and ignore pain active, sometimes I take massive damage on the windows I dont have shield wall or last stand. Its an alt btw, but its making me sick, warrior is the only tank I enjoy playing. 1)You don't have SB up as you Charge in;
2)You are charging some enemy who is in the "back" of the pack, causing you to take hits to the back (can't block melees coming from behind you);

Its what I do now yes. But it can help with dps, like on the last boss of HoI I mentioned if you reflect a certain spell it does a lot of damage.

That one, having a generic weak aura might actually mess you up, since you can actually reflect the spell before the spell you should reflect
since you can reflect the knockback, but you want to reflect the spell after the knockback
The maker of the weak aura would specifically have to not include a spell that is reflectable as not reflectable to get it show as you should do it
