it's good to get into the habit of having stormbolt and training yourself to use it, it's legit one of the best abilities we have for dungeons
The reasoning behind dropping uproar is that we line up our 3 big CDs with demo shout (For Booming Voice damage bonus), Uproar desyncs it and ends up being a damage loss in the end
