Generally press on big pulls or think big damage abilities. I.e if a boss has a massive tank buster I generally SW 1 and demo shout plus last stand the other. (When we’re not using last stand as an offensive cd) otherwise can blow the lot if all hell breaks loose. In the end you gain high IP cap while it’s active and heal yourself for more too with impending victory and indom for those few seconds atleast.
