The cdr doesn't increase based on how many bleeds you consume
It's 3sec flat per fervid bite done
It's only the DR that you get for 5seconds to be 16% instead of 14% when you consume 3 instead of 2 bleeds
I personally wouldn't try to min-max consuming 3 bleeds for the few seconds of 2% extra DR. Seems like alot of work for basically no gain
Technically, if you don't have a big prio mob like a hulk, then it would be a miniscule gain yes.
And raw from a dmg standpoint if you can consume multiple TR bleeds on targets within the demo shout window you do gain small a bit of dmg aswell but that is alot of effort

You should be dumping rage into ignore pain anyway, there’s more than enough to go around for both

On top of that, above there
If you don't often have rage for both, you either need to press buttons faster or you're pressing IP too much
Which leads to less IP and defensiveness overall

What defensive are you wanting to use the rage on? Shield Block is obviously your top priority for rage spending if it's at risk of dropping. Ignore Pain is a rage dump and will naturally have a high uptime anyway as long as you are executing the priority properly.
