If you have tier set and are running Bolster, you'll need to:
- Properly ensure you are using SS as soon as it comes up and not missing any resets (reduces LS cooldown)
- Use LS on cooldown (Bolster for duration and free damage)
- Make sure you're spending charges for SB; it can stack up to 3x base duration (Bolster goes beyond this cap)
- Use all of your other CDs on CD
On top of that, make sure to not oversend rage on IP; since you were asking about uptime on IP, I'm concerned you're doing that, since you get less Revenge casts, which means less Shield Slams

Hi, prot warrior selfsustain mainly comes from spending rage, leech and ignore pain value. But to survive, you want to focus on mitigating damage
So shieldblock uptime is alpha omega, then you want to make sure you use your CDs to make sure you last. In a pinch, use dstance.

It kind of does, I think the worst thing is figuring out how to group the pulls, cuz you can die easily on the way, but once you stop and get going, I haven't had a "bear" pull I couldn't do yet, but im at the 27-28 range in pugs atm maybe it changes in the 30+s lol

There is no shot it's worth using war mode for level boosting. It already takes set-up time quite often to get on the right shard. You're just burning extra time for no reason.
