But defensive trinkets don't do very much. A lot of them are like, actively bad and barely contribute to your survival. On top of that, most of the time, the group will die before you ever do, so before you can hit the point of considering defensive trinkets, usually the group has done been dead. And on top of that, if you're dying most of the time, it's because you're not playing well, so you're not going to ve using the defensive trinkets right anyhow because you're, well, not playing well.

i think the awkward thing about low level and TW content is just that tanks can solo the entire thing
so if you don't pull with that kind of knowledge it'll be a glacial pace
it's even better usually to overpull and die than to just go one pack at a time since most TW/leveling dungeons have much more streamlined runbacks

Got the answer, block value stays the same against normal lvl 70 mobs, no matter what gear I am wearing. Higher lvl mobs dmg is also reduced less, as it always did, but seems that mobs have their own ilvl, cause against normal training dummies are being reduced by less than the dungeoneer ones
