From what I seen from testing m+, prot seems more than decent. It plays alright, and is decent fun. I feel MT is lacking a bit, but that is just me being me.

Raid will prob be fine as long there isn't a bunch of magic dam bosses, that tear warriors down with RoT

Don't run Thunderlord (especially since it's a single target fight). I went through your timeline on that fight, and because of Thunderlord, you had exactly one cooldown (shield charge) inside Booming Voice, and it was only one time.
You had 6 of your 16 outbursts spent on TC (again, especially important because it's an ST fight)
You only had 7 executes; you should have had 16 executes (your average execute cast is 5x the damage of your average revenge cast). During Execute phase, your Execute should completely replace Revenge casts.
Don't do this. Demo first, then CDs. Ravager can be sent first because Demo is only 8 seconds and Ravager is 12.

I should mention you would've had even more than 16 executes if you'd been running sudden death instead of thunderlord. You're also running Bloodborne instead of Instigate which is...questionable, but if it sims better then it's probably not far apart enough to matter.

To add some positive feedback:
Your CPM, general CD usage, and rage waste are all vastly improved. You got enough casts of all your CDs, you were always pressing stuff, and honestly it's been a long time since I saw a log with ZERO rage waste.

Also, for specifics in raid, over Thunder Lord you'll want Sudden Death (so execute casts will be even more than stated above due to procs), and I wager Unnerving Focus miiiight be more damage than Bloodborne, since it'd fund more Revenges/Execute, buit

You don't ever really pool rage since you need to constantly be spending and generating it to fuel your CD recovery and your damage

with an investment of 30smth% in SL s4, BDK could reach 83% avoidance, which gave you just enough chance of being hit to get full benefit of boneshield stacks falling off to get the max CDR for CRW to do its magic for DRW, if you went any higher youd reach parry levels where it would be detrimental to your performance

especially the larger the pulls were, the stronger BDK was because of bloodshield + parry the only dmg it would actually take to its health were vamp claws which you'd heavily reduce with AMS and tombstone
